Dr Orpelli has owned and managed a successful chiropractic practice since 1995. He frequently lectures to the Community of Los Angeles and has developed unique approach to Chiropractic care, incorporating nutrition, exercise and chiropractic adjustments, as a preventative methodology. He specializes in Muscle Coordination and Strengthening of Muscles and Sports and Industrial injuries.

Dr Orpelli specializes in the following techniques: ProAdjuster, Zone Healing, Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique ( N.A.E.T.), Bio Electrical Synchronization Technique ( B.E.S.T.), Contact Reflex Analysis ( C.R.A.), Total Body Modification ( T.B.M.), Neuro Emotional Technique ( N.E.T.) and Applied Kinesiology.

He also conducts metaphysical study groups, is a personal trainer for weight loss, karate and basic exercise programs and is a 3rd degree black belt in karate.
